Terms of Service

By purchasing my services or donating, you agree to let me use your commission or gift for advertisement and display purposes such as (but not limited to) examples. You may pay for exemption to this specific clause of the agreement by purchasing the anonymous add-on. If you purchase the anonymous add-on, your work will not be shared on any of my social platforms or with my friends.You may not use your commission for commercial purposes of any kind unless specifically given express permission by Thomas Fae (@aFaeThomas). Commercial use permission may require payment of an amount determined by myself, Thomas Fae (@aFaeThomas).In order to purchase suggestive art or any art with a sexual connotation, you must be 18 years of age or older. Violation of such will result in termination of your commission with no refund.Once the sketch is complete and if the commission is being digitally drawn, a sample will be sent to you unless the commission description states otherwise; you may request an update at any time for traditional commissions, but ability to make changes is severely limited. You may request any changes to the sketch of a digital commission as you wish. Changes made after this to the sketch will also be shown to you for confirmation. After a sketch is confirmed, only minimal changes that do not significantly affect the line art may be changed.Work will not start on the commission until at least 50% of the total price of the commission has been paid. Work will not be given to commissioner until 100% of the total price is paid.I hold the right to refuse a commission on any grounds that I see fit, and I do not need to give an explicit reason as to why not. If commission is paid for without reading the terms of service, only a 50% refund will be issued. Reasons for refusal to complete the work include:
- the character is underage and used for explicit or sexual purposes
- the character exemplifies problematic issues such as racism, xenophobia, sexism, etc.
- the character is an android
- the character has non-optional armor / plates
- the request is nsfw (sexually explicit, gore, etc.)
- the character is not owned by the commissioner (unless the commissioner has received expressed permission to commission a work for this character). Exception: OC x canon fan art.
- commissioner being rude / impolite towards the artistWork and designs must not be resold for more than the original value unless new art or other contributions are added. Violation will result in blacklisting.

REFUND POLICY
After a commission is paid for the following refund policy applies:
If the work has not been started, you are entitled to a 90% refund of what you paid.
If the sketch has been finished, you are entitled to a 70% refund. If the line art has been finished, you are entitled to a 50% refund. If the flat colors have been finished, you are entitled to a 40% refund. If any rendering has taken place, you are entitled to a 20% refund. If the work has been finished, no refund will be issued.Any violation of these terms will result in a blacklist on that user / commissioner. Violations may result in termination of the commission without refund.
